Hello everyone! This is Elena from Gaia Storm TCG and, I’d like to cover one of the most aggressive and popular Pokemon decks in recent TCG history: Eternatus VMAX. Sure, everyone has already faced or played Eternatus, but the deck is about to acquire a completely new dimension with the release of Chilling Reing. And yes, it might not be the best deck of the entire format, but it will remain one of the top contenders until we have a major new set. So, let’s analyze what this Legendary Pokémon can do!

What’s up, PoTown Store readers? While everyone has been testing the heavily played concepts from Chilling Reign, such as Shadow Rider Calyrex VMAX (Chilling Reign), I’ve been looking under the rug for under-discovered concepts. As you all might know, Chilling Reign (the new set from the Sword and Shield era) is about to be officially released and everyone is losing their mind about the upcoming cards. To be honest, this type of effect always happens when a new expansion arrives – players are excited to test new strategies and see what type of impact they’ll have in the game. But actually, Chilling Reign comes with one protagonist Pokémon that has the potential to truly turn everything upside down: The ruler itself, Calyrex.

Yoooooo, what’s poppin’ Po Town readers? Are you getting hyped for the Players Cup 4? I know I am! After grinding out my 50 keys, I finished with 150 Tournament Reps to qualify for the Regional Qualifier in North America! This article aims to showcase some of my favorite decks heading into this event to help you prepare for this event. It’s me, Zach Lesage, and I’m here with another article to help you out. As a Players Cup Champion myself, my goal for this article is to showcase the best decks from the recent Players Cup 3 Global Finals! The event featured many powerful decks from our most recent Pokémon TCG Online set, Battle Styles, and it featured many top players. In the end, Azul Garcia Griego (@Azul_GG) won the whole event with his broken Rapid Strike Urshifu VMAX (Battle Styles) deck, and Pikachu & Zekrom-GX (Team Up) came in second. What's poppin’ PoTown Store readers? Have you been checking out all of the new cards that are going to be released in Chilling Reign? I’ve certainly been drooling over the new cards that have been revealed via Twitter and other Pokemon TCG blog sites! This article will share my early ideas for the Galarian Bird Trio (Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres) and my general thoughts on these exciting cards! I plan on doing a more formal top five video closer to release, but this is an extra early sneak peek into my mind! That’s right, some players have been peeking into the future, and there is already a metagame that has formed. The goal of this article is to share a handful of decks that I’ve seen from various SwSh-on tournaments and get y’all excited. Let’s check out some of these TCG awesome decks.

Alola Trainers! With Pokemon’s 25th anniversary in the books, a Post Malone concert sliding by, and a bunch of new announcements released for the franchise, we didn’t get too many new things regarding the Pokemon TCG. Some Trainers are looking to hunker down and practice their favorite deck to optimize their chances of winning, while some others want something new and refreshing in this format and are looking for a creative twist. Well, Trainers, I’m definitely bringing you the latter today! Andrew Mahone recently did an excellent job creating this new Dragapult hybrid deck we’re going to talk about today, so let’s hop to it!

What’s going on, Trainers? The dust has settled after a few weeks of playing Pokemon online, and it seems a few decks have really situated themselves high at the top of the tier list. Namely, Victini V, ADP, and Rapid Strike Urshifu decks seem to be doing the best, with the odd Decidueye winning some events where people were unprepared. With ADP being the unofficial “best deck in the format,” we find old answers coming back into the format in an attempt to take it out (such as Pikarom and Eternatus). As far as I can see, there’s a lot of room for creativity in the standard format, and really any deck can win a tournament right now with the right amount of luck on your side. That’s why I wanted to talk about a deck that has undeniable strength right now, Mad Party. Gaining Level Ball, this deck is easily the most aggressive deck that standard has seen in a while and can hit for hundreds of damage on a single Prize Card attacker. The deck is fairly cheap and doesn’t take a lot of PTCGO codes for a beginner to create either! Let’s hop into why I think the tides are turning in favor of the Mad Party.
